Xinhua chief visits Xinhua Finance Agency headquarters

HONG KONG, April 18 (NsNewsWire) — Xinhua News Agency President Cai Mingzhao has visited the Xinhua Finance Agency (XFA) headquarters in Hong Kong, reports Xinhua Finance.

XFA President Ng Nick along with several other high-ranking officials welcomed the Xinhua chief at its headquarters in Hong Kong on April 14 and briefed him on the business progresses already achieved by Xinhua Finance Agency, a new subsidiary of the Xinhua News Agency, the official press agency of the People’s Republic of China and one of the largest news agencies of the world.

Nick also introduced him to the products of XFA, which is the designated entity to offer on its website a huge array of financially actionable apps, information, and reports to domestic and foreign website traffic.

Cai has shown his great interest in the trading system developed by XFA and asked for details of this product, such as target customers and daily trade volume.

He said that the financial trading system not only has an advantage in China market, but also has ample potential in the global market.

Ng also demonstrated the new product of the wealth management eco system, which is the current front line of Fintech industry.

When viewing the information products, such as information terminal and the news website,  Cai pointed out that Xinhua News Agency has advantage in traditional news production and it dominates the Chinese news release, and would further progress to the information application with support of the business of XFA for its professional and technological advantages in financial business.

Cai has expressed his deep satisfaction with the progresses the XFA has already achieved with its existing product line.

Meanwhile, the Xinhua chief encouraged XFA for more efforts for further innovation and exploration in the new emerging business.
