World Raymen celebrates 11th founding anniversary

DHAKA, March 29 (NsNewsWire) —  The World Raymen has observed  its 11th founding anniversary with a call to serve more people irrespective of cast, color, sex and religion in the coming days.

The  anniversary ceremony was held  in the city’s ICMAB auditorium on Thursday.

During the ceremony, members  discussed Raymen activities and its future plans to serve people.

Discussion was also held on Bangladesh’s 44the anniversary of Independence as the ceremony also aimed at celebrating the 45th foundation day of the country.

Through their discussions the World Raymen (WRM) members paid tribute to the best sons of the soil who sacrificed their lives for emancipation of the country in 1971.

However, the new executive committee of the WRM was constituted at the ceremony.

Safiul Azam was re-elected as WRM president for another term while Abdus Satter Patuary has been selected to become the new secretary general, replacing Lokman Hossain.

Abdullhil Kamil Shibli, new committee’s vice president , was made acting secretary general as Patuary is not now in a position to perform the voluntary organization activities.  Enditem
