Textile and garment machinery exhibition starts

Dhaka, Feb. 23 (NsNewsWire) –International textile and garment machinery exhibition  jointly organized by Bangladesh Textile Mills Owners’ Association (BTMA), Yorkers’ Trade and Marketing services of Hongkong and Taiwan’s Chan Chao International Company starts on Thursday.

The four days exhibition (Feb. 23 to 26)  was inaugurated by Mirza Azam,  State Minister for Textiles and Jute at Dhaka’s

Bangabandhu International Convention Centre. The event was graced by the presence of Tapan Chowdhury

Persident, BTMA and ex-advisor of Caretaker Government; Hossain Mahmud, Vice-President; Khorshed Alam,

Director; Mosharraf Hossain and H N Ashikur Rahman, Country Manager of DCC Bangladesh, said a press release.

Across one thousand machinery manufacturing organizations from 33 countries of the world have participated at

the exhibition. Recently, DCC Print Vision LLP Textile has started its journey with the vision of manufacturing

capacity building in the printing industry.

The exhibition will remain open for all from 12 pm till 8pm. It has been the 14 th exhibition of BTMA since 2004. The main target of the exhibition is to introduce the entrepreneurs with innovative machineries and transformation of technologies. Therefore, the organizations which take part at the exhibition, will get the chance to avail latest purchase or spot orders.

H N Ashikur Rahman, Country Manager of DCC Bangladesh said, “DCC has been constantly providing one stop

solution for Bangladesh’s textile, garment and printing sectors. DCC has been launched on request of Bangladesh

textile industries’ customers to create studio, capacity and expertise building in the industry. The associates
