BEIJING, August 19 (Xinhuanet) — Thailand’s Prime Minister says a suspect has been identified as investigations continue into the blast that killed at least 22 people.
Prime Minister Prayut Chan-O-Cha on Tuesday showed reporters images of a man caught by security cameras at the blast site.
The suspect is believed to be from an anti-government group based in Thailand’s northeast.
Meanwhile, the busy intersection near the rocked shrine reopened early on Tuesday morning. Bunches of flowers have been laid at the scene.
This after investigators surveyed the damage last night, while police and soldiers guarded the area.
