Robi and Sheba.xyz sign corporate agreement

Dhaka, July 16 (NsNewsWire) — The leading digital service provider of the country, Robi, and a fast growing digital start-up company, Sheba.xyz have signed a corporate agreement.
Robi’s Managing Director and CEO, Mahtab Uddin Ahmed and Sheba.xyz’s CEO, Adnan Halim signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organizations. The signing ceremony took place at the Robi Corporate Office.
The agreement paves the way for Sheba.xyz to onboard service providers easily through Robi’s Walk-In-Centres or Robi Sheba Points and expand nation-wide. Besides, Sheba.xyz’s service providers will be using Robi service, thanks to the agreement. Service providers will also be able to use Sheba app free of internet charge on Robi Network.
Furthermore, Sheba.xyz’s service providers’ will also work as Robi agents providing Easyload recharge SIM service to customers while visiting their homes for rendering service on behalf of Sheba.xyz. Keeping with the company’s focus of ensuring customer experience, Robi aims to create a large number such agents within this year to enhance convenience for Robi customers.
Robi’s Vice President, New Business and Industry Collaboration, Ahmed Armaan Siddiqui, General Manager (GM), Customer Experience, Shams Arifin Chowdhury, GM, New Business, Shakhawath Hossain and Manager, Alternate Channel, Ronald Rony Baidya were present on the occasion.
Sheba.xyz’s Chief Operating Officer, Ilmul Haque Sajib, Manager, Operations, Tajul Islam and New Business & Investment Lead, Mehad ul Haque were also present at the signing ceremony.
This joint service will initially start in Dhaka. Sheba.xyz will soon add Robi recharge feature in the Sheba app enhancing Robi’s appeal as a digital company. Robi and Sheba.xyz will come up with attractive joint offers and campaigns for Robi and Sheba consumers from time to time in future under the agreement.
