Kabul blast damages houses of Pakistani diplomats

ISLAMABAD, May 31 (Xinhua) — A huge car bomb blast that rocked the Afghan capital of Kabul Wednesday also damaged houses of Pakistani diplomats in the city, a Pakistani embassy source in Kabul told Xinhua by phone.

No Pakistanis were hurt in the blast, said the source, adding that several cars belonged to the diplomats were damaged in the blast.

At least 64 people were killed and over 300 others injured in the powerful car bombing in the diplomatic district in Kabul. No group has claimed the attack.
