IMF Launches Second ASEAN Youth Instagram Photo Contest

DHAKA, June 19 (NsNewsWire) — The International Monetary Fund (IMF) today launched the second photo contest on Instagram to capture how ASEAN countries are empowering women in the economy and using technology to improve job prospects for the youth. The contest is open to photographers, ages 18-35 from ASEAN countries will accept submissions from June 18, 2018 to August 19, 2018. Images must be original and taken personally by the photographer, not previously published, and showcase how their countries empowering women in the economy and the use of technology to create jobs for youth. Contestants can submit as many photos as they like.  The selection will be based on originality, technical excellence and artistic merit. Two winners will be announced after September 1, 2018 on the www.voyagetoindonesia.com website. Winners will receive a three-day trip to Bali to attend the Annual Meetings. Citizens of Brunei Darussalam, Cambodia, Indonesia, Lao P.D.R., Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam are eligible to apply.
