CIC Capital participated in the acquisition of Asciano Limited

China Investment Corporation (CIC) Capital, through its subsidiary, has participated in the acquisition of Asciano Limited, an ASX-listed rail and port operator company, by way of a Scheme of Arrangement, said a press release.
