Chinese premier leaves Beijing for overseas visits, meetings
BEIJING, Dec. 14 (NsNewsWire) — Chinese Premier Li Keqiang left here Sunday morning for visits to three Asian and European countries and to attend a series of international meetings.
At the invitation of Kazakh Prime Minister Karim Masimov, Li will pay an official visit to Kazakhstan, reports Xinhua.
During the visit, Li will hold the second regular meeting between the China-Kazakhstan heads of government with Masimov. He will also attend the 13th prime ministers’ meeting of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) to be held in Kazakhstan.
At the invitation of Serbian Prime Minister Aleksandar Vucic, Li will attend the third leaders’ meeting of China and Central and Eastern European (CEE) countries and pay an official visit to the country.
At the invitation of Thai Prime Minister Prayuth Chan-ocha, Li will fly to Thailand to attend the fifth summit of the Greater Mekong Subregion (GMS) Economic Cooperation.
