China Southern Airlines announces enhancement on services to Toronto, Adelaide from Bangladesh

DHAKA, Dec. 11 (NsNewsWire) — China Southern Airlines, which operates daily flights between Dhaka and Guangzhou , announced here on Saturday the enhancement on its services for Bangladesh travelers to Toronto in Canada and Adelaida in Australia via Guangzhou, reports Xinhua.

Gao Bo, general manager of China Southern Airlines Company Limited in Bangladesh, made the announcement at a press briefing Saturday.

“I am delighted to welcome you all in the promising meeting to share some information regarding our news routes to Adelaida and Toronto,” he said.

He said the airline on Dec. 7 kicked off flights between Toronto and Guangzhou using Boeing 777-300ER aircraft which can accommodate 309 passengers.

The airline offers thrice weekly flights directly between Guangzhou and Canada’s largest city, he added.

Gao Bo said said the largest Chinese airlines is all set to kick off flights between Adelaide and Guangzhou on Dec. 12. It will start flying its Airbus A330-200 aircraft to Adelaide, marking the first nonstop service between the Australian city and mainland China.
The Guangzhou-based carrier will also operate three flights weekly on the routes using the 216-seated airbus aircraft.
