Bikroy Launches Chat Feature for Users
DHAKA, April 12 (NsNewsWire) — Bikroy, the largest marketplace in Bangladesh, has introduced a chat feature that allows buyers and sellers to seamlessly communicate with each other. In a marketplace with a diverse range of products, being able to talk to a seller in real time is a key element for closing the sale.
With the new chat feature, buyers can ask specific sellers any questions or discuss price by
simply clicking on the chat symbol below the phone number or the buy now button on any ad.
The new chat feature is available on desktop, mobile and the Bikroy app, and users will receive
a notification when a new chat message arrives. Messages received offline are saved and can
be viewed once the user is online.
