BCPFA President Amin greets Chinese leaders on CPC plenum
DHAKA, Nov. 13 (nsnewswire) — Bangladesh-China People’s Friendship Association (BCPFA) President Anwarul Amin has greeted Chinese leaders on the occasion of holding of the Third Plenum of Communist Party of China (CPC), saying “the event assumed a special significance at this crucial time when the whole world is going through unusual stress and strain, both economic and political.”
“On the occasion of holding of the Third Plenum of CPC, Central Committee I, on behalf of all the members of BCPFA, send our warmest felicitations and sincere greetings to all the members of the central committee of the CPC,” he was quoted as saying in a statement of the BCPFA on Wednesday.
Amin said the holding of Third Plenum is of special significance as it is expected that it will give policy direction towards far-reaching economic and social reforms aimed at significantly improving the quality of life of all sections of the Chinese society.
BCPFA looks forward to the outcome of the deliberations of the Central Committee as they not only impact on China but also on the regional and global peace and development, he added.
Amin said as is expected the CPC under the wise and dynamic leadership of Secretary General Xi Jinping will formulate policies which will reflect the new realities on the ground enabling the great Chinese nation to march forward with renewed confidence that in turn will inspire the peoples of the Third World.
The Third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee was held between Nov. 9 and 12 in Beijing.
