Bangladesh names new air force chief

DHAKA, June 6 (NsNewsWire) — Bangladesh on Tuesday appointed a new air chief, reports Xinhua.
Masihuzzaman Serniabat was named as the new chief of Bangladesh Air Force with a promotion to air marshal.
According to a statement issued by the Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR) of Bangladesh Army, the new air force chief will take over on June 12 for three years.
Serniabat succeeds Air Marshal Abu Esrar who was appointed as the new Chief of Air Staff for a three-year tenure from June 12, 2015. Enditem
