Airtel hosts “Airtel Service Center Meet” in Chittagong to engage with ASC owners
DHAKA, Febr. 27, (NsNewsWire) — Airtel Bangladesh Limited, one of fastest growing telecom operators of the country, has recently organized an event called ‘Airtel Service Center Meet’ for their valued Airtel Service Center (ASC) owners at Asian SR Hotel, Station Road in Chittagong.
Airtel has 1700 ASCs in Bangladesh out of which 475 are located in Chittagong.
Soumen Mitra, Zonal Business Manager of Chittagong zone, Jafry Shamim, Head of Zonal Experience, A.H.M. Golam Kibria, Zonal Customer Service Manager and Anupom Kumar Dey, Senior Manager, Engineering of Airtel Bangladesh Limited, were present at the event along with invited ASC owners of Airtel Bangladesh Limited.
At the ASC Meet, ASC owners were informed about Value Added Services, 3G services, 3G data packs, mCommerce and they also experienced 3G in the 3G Experience Booth etc. Airtel officials addressed queries raised by the ASC owners and they also gave valued feedback on Airtel’s different services. 150 ASC owners attended the ASC Meet and the event enabled ASC owners to interact with the high officials of Airtel Bangladesh Limited.
