Nighttime curfew slapped on Rangamati

Rangamati, Jan. 12 (NsNewsWire) — A nighttime curfew has been slapped on Bangladsh’s southeastern Rangamati district.
The curfew is to remain in place till 8:00 a.m. local time Monday.
The district’s administration Sunday night  declared the curfew with immediate effect after violence spread to different parts of the hilly district  in sequel to clashes between tribal groups and Bengali settlers.
